Our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Garage Door was not only open, but I didn't sit on hold and got to speak to a live person. They were polite and professional while booking the appointment and a technician, Quinn R, was able to come out that Monday morning. Quinn called before the appointment and confirmed I was available. He also sent over his photo and bio information for safety. Upon arrival he was courteous and walked me through the safety inspection. He then put together a quote with multiple options, but did not try to pressure or persuade me into buying things I didn't need or want. He worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. Quinn walked me through everything that was replaced, demonstrated that the door was balanced, and then ran an open/close cycle on the door. I am very satisfied with his work and with this company!

My garage door ceased to operate on Easter Sunday evening. I went to the web and searched for providers who could come soon to repair. The reviews and endorsements for Garage Door Precision were fantastic. And as I found out, very well deserved. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning! Jonathan Guffey who was the repair technician contacted me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very competent and professional and was able to install a new opener as it didn't make sense to repair my old one due to its age and the repairs that would be needed. He took his time explaining all of the features and went over the maintenance needs and safety features. I couldn't be more pleased and I would highly recommend this company.

Chris Woods arrived early for the appointment and explained everything very thoroughly. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. After we reviewed the various service options, he replaced the mechanical parts of my garage door that were worn and deteriorating. Everything works and sounds much better now. Chris did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

So with this past power outage we tried to release the door with no luck, after the power was restored when you tried to open the garage door the motor would run but not lift. My husband had seen many commercials for Precision, so he said give them a call and of course he wants everything done yesterday. Called the office and they said they could send someone out today which made my husband very happy. Jonathan was our installer. He did a complete check of everything involved with our door; he also took pictures. He explained everything in full detail to us. We had 3 options. We chose to have everything, but the actual door replaced we knew down the line we would eventually have to replace other parts. Precision is lucky to have such a great employee working for them. He is very professional, knows his stuff, very polite and very courteous of your property. If we ever have an issue with our garage door or opener, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

WE called and were schedualed a appointment the very next day! We got a call to say Repair man on the way. Jonathon arrived and gave the estimate to repair the broken springs . We were shocked but we need it fixed, so Jonathon proceeded to do the repair and was able to get the door opening properly . We are very happy with his work and would call again if needed. The spring and cables broke on my garage door broke Tuesday night 3/4/25. Called and made appointment for Wednesday 3/5/25. Had an issue on a Saturday afternoon and called Precision, as it is a well known name in the business around town. Anthony Gilbert was our service rep and here was here about 2 hours after our call. He did a great job analyzing the issue and we settled on what needed to be done. He also stayed until everything worked perfectly and worked the way he would want his garage door to work. Great service overall!

Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience overall. I booked this and someone was out to fix my garage door in less than 48 hours. The quality of what was installed is top notch. And Justin was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their garage door.
