Justin came early which was great! He did a great job explaining our garage door opener replacement options. He did an excellent and quick job of replacing our opener. Justin Napierala was a very informed , kind and knowledgeable sales technician. I feel the quotes he presented to me were very high and quite frankly not reasonable. The next quotes from other comprable companies I received were 66% less. That’s too bad you have such a wonderful employee that may not reach his full potential while at a company that cost of repairs and parts are un reasonable. He is doing his job in excellence but Company Rules are absorbent and may have a hinderance on obtaining sales contracts. Thank You

Justin was incredibly wonderful to work with. He called 30 minutes out and was on time, very informative and was able to do the work after his evaluation of our old system!
