So with this past power outage we tried to release the door with no luck, after the power was restored when you tried to open the garage door the motor would run but not lift. My husband had seen many commercials for Precision, so he said give them a call and of course he wants everything done yesterday. Called the office and they said they could send someone out today which made my husband very happy. Jonathan was our installer. He did a complete check of everything involved with our door; he also took pictures. He explained everything in full detail to us. We had 3 options. We chose to have everything, but the actual door replaced we knew down the line we would eventually have to replace other parts. Precision is lucky to have such a great employee working for them. He is very professional, knows his stuff, very polite and very courteous of your property. If we ever have an issue with our garage door or opener, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

WE called and were schedualed a appointment the very next day! We got a call to say Repair man on the way. Jonathon arrived and gave the estimate to repair the broken springs . We were shocked but we need it fixed, so Jonathon proceeded to do the repair and was able to get the door opening properly . We are very happy with his work and would call again if needed. The spring and cables broke on my garage door broke Tuesday night 3/4/25. Called and made appointment for Wednesday 3/5/25. The service provided by Jonathan Guffey was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. After assessing the issue I was given a clear path and options to try first to resolve the problem. Jonathan was very efficient with his time as we tried one item by one to correct. In the end he resolved the problem, as I mentioned the work was completed in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He assisted with setting up the new keyless entry and the wireless connection with the MyQ app for remote operation. Extremely polite and not pushy with his time. Very pleased with the work he completed.

Johnathan and Jimmy stopped out to inspect two garage door openers that stopped working. Johnathan called the morning of service to let me know I was on the schedule and give an estimated time of service, he also called to let me know when they were on the way so I could be prepared. I loved the fact that I received a photo and bio of the technician coming to my house, that level of safety is amazing! Once here, Johnathan and Jimmy listened to my concerns and were quick to inspect both openers and diagnose the issue. Johnathan offered multiple options for repair and advised additional safety upgrades due to the age of our openers. I did not feel pressured to buy more than what was needed. I feel extremely informed the entire time and any questions or concerns had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs!!

John and Jimmy provided outstanding service work with superb knowledge and expertise. Having a "run-a-way" trolley to the wall with a broken plastic piece, the old age garage door opener needed replacing. Given the various options, we selected one and the men installed the system. It did not take them long at all and then we were in the testing phase. The door switch near the back door, and the outside door numeric keypad all checked good. Then John proceeded to program the door opener in 3 different cars. That was a huge help and kept me from going to the internet for help. All in all we are very pleased with the work and installation done by Precision. I would have them come out anytime in the future for any garage door service and installation needed. The technician, Jonathan, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting my garage door as well as all its parts and components. He even took a look at the other door, which wasn’t being serviced. When he found the issue (broken spring), he presented me all the options and made some recommendations. Although not inexpensive, I trust that I was provided with a quality product replacement (new spring system) and service with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend Precision!

My garage door ceased to operate on Easter Sunday evening. I went to the web and searched for providers who could come soon to repair. The reviews and endorsements for Garage Door Precision were fantastic. And as I found out, very well deserved. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning! Jonathan Guffey who was the repair technician contacted me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very competent and professional and was able to install a new opener as it didn't make sense to repair my old one due to its age and the repairs that would be needed. He took his time explaining all of the features and went over the maintenance needs and safety features. I couldn't be more pleased and I would highly recommend this company.
