Couldn’t ask for better service. After requesting service, there was a follow-up call verifying the details. On the morning of service, we received an advance notification of the technician’s arrival.. David Allen, the tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. After inspecting our doors he provided a detailed listing of options. We chose accordingly. Dave completed the work and demonstrated how well the doors were now working. Our “hats are off” to both David and the company behind him.

They showed up and loosening my spring and cut the cables so I could get my cars out. Took less than 30 minutes, but charged me $753. The standard visit fee was $175. They ripped me off. From what I can gather, that's what they always do. I had my entire garage door and all equipment replaced for $1,730 front a different installer, the wanted $6,383 for the same exact replacement. They're con artist, to say the least.

We were very pleased with the service provided and the technician (David Allen) who performed the work. I called Precision Garage Door Service in the morning because one of our garage doors was not operating correctly and was immediately scheduled for an appointment that same afternoon. Our technician arrived early, was very professional, quickly identified the problem, and provided various options to resolve it. Both garage doors and openers are 16 years old. The doors are still in great shape, so we choose to do a torsion conversion and add a new opener on both doors. Dave was very skilled and knowledgeable and was finished in less than 3 hours. He explained everything to us and set up all of our codes and keypads for us. We highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service and our technician. Thanks for the great work!

When I called Precision Door Service this morning, the person who answered the phone was very courteous. She promised that someone would arrive between two and four today. Before two I received a call stating that someone would arrive early- around 1:45. When David Allen arrived at that time, I explained our problem with the garage door. He took time to examine it and showed me the areas that needed repair. After my husband and I talked, we chose the repair option that suited our needs. At that point, David began the repair work which he addressed quietly and efficiently. Once the work was complete, he contacted me and showed me the improved parts that will make our garage door work so much better! Truly, the door is amazing now! It opens and closes very quietly. The new motor has an improved design and beauty that lights up our dark garage very effectively. In short, I am very pleased with the work David did and especially impressed by his respectful and professional manner. I am grateful that Precision Door Service makes a very fine product and that their certified technician, David Allen, made this experience worth much sincere praise! Thank you very much!! Service was PROMPT and Professional. Technician, David Allen, was GREAT. He went over and above. I was very pleased with his work, knowledge and service. My only concern was the extreme difference between opener prices that could be purchased at a local big box store and the completed price through Precision - $1,200 difference. If I would have realized that, I probably would have installed a top-of-the-line new one myself. However, I do appreciate the professional installation and the warranty promise through David’s work.

I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my opener and garage door (I was told I should replace the door by some other companies) expecting to have to wait months for the install but 3 hours later had a new garage door opener installed utilizing my current garage door(David told me my door was still in good shape and really no need to replace it). Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early.
