Justin Napierala was a very informed , kind and knowledgeable sales technician. I feel the quotes he presented to me were very high and quite frankly not reasonable. The next quotes from other comprable companies I received were 66% less. That’s too bad you have such a wonderful employee that may not reach his full potential while at a company that cost of repairs and parts are un reasonable. He is doing his job in excellence but Company Rules are absorbent and may have a hinderance on obtaining sales contracts. Thank You

Easily able to book an appointment online. Service Tech called to let us know about timing and when he would arrive. Explained everything about their process prior to inspection and then provided a complete breakdown of services and options to suite our needs. Fixed our broken spring and upgraded some of our old worn out parts. He did provide an overall review of what was repaired and provided details about other possible updates/upgrades if we decided we needed those options down the line. Great service and support! My name is Rice . I've seen a lot of TV ads about Precision and I checked out the website and was pleased to see that there is a Brown County location which services my area. So often companies advertise their services in our area but fail to offer service here in farm country . Therefore we are relegated to service folks that are handy men who farm or relatives with little experience. Justin was a PRO. He was very polite and patient with my many questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the packaging and removed the rail and motor. Many people do not have the ability to work and talk simultaneously for some reason. Justin did not waste time and is meticulous even with securing the wires from the motor in a tight, neat manner. Nothing was slipshod ; he pays attention to the details and is very articulate in his explanations. It was pleasure to do business with him . I think Precision Garage Door made a great decision in hiring and providing training ( 5 months of training!) . He's a credit to your company!

The Precision Door representative, Justin Napierala, was professional, Knowledgeable, and respectful. His diagnosis revealed that the issue was much more than just a broken spring.
