I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! You've got a gem employee there.

I was very impressed by the response and service of Justin Naiperala and Precision. I scheduled on line on Sunday night as the springs on our door broke. Justin called and checked in and let me know that he was finishing up a job and would call me when in his way. He called and was running early and it worked out great for my schedule. He explained everything to me and made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. I really appreciate the excellence service and knowledge of Justin and Precision. I will use them again and recommend to others!

I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.

Justin, our service technician, came out to fix a small problem I was having with the keypad. He arrived on time and kept me posted of his arrival time. He was very friendly, explained how he would fix the keypad and he commented that he would do a thorough check on the door to make sure it was in great working order. While the technician explained the situation, I found the overall experience was very expense with the options given to me. On top of everything, the service charge which was $175, which was never disclosed with any of my conversations with anyone within this company. I would not recommend this company. I was expecting more from this company.
