Our garage door wouldn't close with the remote and was loud. Jimmy came out and was nice and professional. He offered me Good ($1851.35 replace motor), Better ($3512.77 to replace motor & spring) or Best ($3695.40 replace motor, springs, wheels) options for the repair. They charged me $145 for the quote. Decided to get a second opinion. The Garage Door Man removed the spider web (silk reflects light) that caused the sensor to trip and lubricated the door parts for $123.97. Either Jimmy doesn't know how to repair a garage door, or it is an opportunity to take advantage of someone with a frustrating problem.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Precision Garage Door Service. From first call to the install our experience was great. Our technician Jonathan was outstanding and professional. He showed up on time and explained a few options that was best tailored to our situation. Chris came out to the house and took a look at the garage door that was no longer opening. I told him my concerns with the door and what happened and he was quick to share his expertise, conducted an inspection and then shared his findings. He invited me to take a look for myself and also provided pictures of what he was explaining to me. He then provided several different options on how fixing the door could be approached and there was no pressure to purchase. I went with a middle of the road approach and we had new springs and rollers installed. The door functions as it should and my wife even noted how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. When we decide to replace the motor and possibly add a new door, we will definitely be calling Precision again. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just a good dude all the way around. Thanks for a great experience !!

Jonathan came out to repair some rollers that came off the track. He went above and beyond. He fixed the track where it was catching from the original installation, replaced some rollers and fine tuned some other areas. For the first time since the original install the door runs so smooth and quiet. Jonathan also installed a seal at the bottom where there were lots of air gaps. All of this was covered under warranty. Jonathan was so kind and friendly and so very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his work. I would definitely highly recommend Precision and I hope I get Jonathan whenever I need service. Thank you!!!

Justin was great. Told me he had to stop for gas before coming and asked if he could pick me up anything. Very friendly, nice and clear in what was going on. Walked me through everything and gave multiple options on how to proceed and wasn’t pushy. Work was timely and worked great when done. If ever needed would love to have him back out.

Very quick and easy to schedule next-day service. David, the technician, was on time, called earlier in the day with estimated time in the arrival window I schedule, and gave 30 minutes notice to his arrival. He was thorough in explaining his suggestions for fixing the door, including what was an immediate safety concern and what might break in the near future. He fixed the garage door in far less time than I expected.
