I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Harley Carter. From start to finish, Harley was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through all of the features after the installation was complete. He didn’t just rush through the job, he made sure I understood exactly what was being replaced and why. My original system was from 2002 and had multiple issues, including worn rollers, aging components, and failing parts. Harley explained everything in a way that made it easy to make an informed decision, and I never felt pressured. The work itself was outstanding. Both garage door systems were completely rebuilt with new LiftMaster smart openers, springs, rollers, and hardware, all backed by a lifetime warranty. The doors are now incredibly smooth, quiet, and feel much safer and more reliable than before. What stood out the most was Harley’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He made sure everything was set up properly, programmed the remotes and keypads, and even walked me through the smart app features before leaving. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’m extremely grateful for the level of service provided. These guys are terrific! Our garage door broke on Thursday evening. I went to Google, saw that they've been in business for over 20 years with close to a 5 star rating by over 2k customers, why would I call anyone else? First thing Friday morning, Justin arrived. He did a thorough inspection of the entire door, springs, parts and motor. He explained what the issue was, the proposed fix and the cost. He was professional, prompt and thorough. We were thrilled to have the door fixed along with a review of the work and direction for proper care moving forward. While we don't anticipate needing any service for years to come, we would only call Precision if we did!
